WEEKLY UPDATE | Week 8
Peace Riders! Here’s your weekly update on where we stand and what will be important this week.
Last week: Genesis Drop 4/5 sold out, Release of Trail Map and daily Top 10 on Kalao
Last week has proved once more that the Riders Gang is on its direct way to the moon! Not because our 4th Genesis Drop was moon-themed, but because it sold out in less than two days, marking a new record! This pushed us to a trading volume of 44 AVAX, which is more than a 60% increase compared to where we stood the previous week. This rapid increase in volume also resulted in the Avalanche Riders collection being in Kalao’s daily Top 10, listing our project on the very front page of Kalao’s NFT marketplace for two days straight! A huge thanks to all the Riders who made this possible! You guys are absolutely awesome! ❤️
Second, we realized another major upgrade we have been planning for several weeks now. With our whitepaper now live, we have revised and adapted our roadmap so it provides a more detailled overview on how our visions and plans for the Riders’ metaverse / P2E will be implemented. We’ve been working hard to find a way to make it both easily understandable and visually attractive. The result is the Riders’ Trail Map, which we proudly present below and which will be integrated soon as an interactive version in our website.
This week #1: Discord Server
With our Genesis phase reaching its end, it’s more than time to get the Riders’ community a Discord! This week our team will invest a lot of time to gather ideas and launch a server. We’ll release some updates within the next days on when the server will launch, which however is planned to be at latest by the end of this week!
If you have cool ideas or proposals on what we should implement on our Discord (like categories, bots, roles, etc.) let us know in the comments, we’re thrilled to hear your input!
This week #2: Major website upgrade (Desktop version)
Some of you might have wondered why a big part of our website is showing the “under construction” message since several days now: This is not because we’re lazy, but because we’re thinking big! 😉 We’re working hard on revising the entire beta of our website, starting with re-designing and updating the “About the project” section so it provides more insights into the visions we have presented in our whitepaper. Right now, we’re implementing an interactive version of the Trail Map (see above) and make further adjustments to the structure and design of the website in general. The updated version will be released within the next days for Desktop, and may be released for Mobile too this week, but the latter we can’t guarantee for sure. If not this week though, then certainly next week!
This week #3: 5th and last Genesis Drop announcement
There will soon be an announcement regarding the 5th and last of our Genesis drops. As promised, it will have another special theme (as the night theme for the 3rd and the lunar theme for the 4th drop). Release date will either be this or next week, our goal is to start March with all Genesis batches sold out, ready to rock Phase 2!
These are just some of the most important points we are certainly going to realize this week.
We also like to address the wishes for collection 2 sneak-peek again here: As you can now see on the Trail Map, there will be sneak-peeks as one of the first milestones in Phase 2 launching in March (see “Mt Collection” on the Trail Map). This is because right now we want to focus on getting everything ready for Phase 2 (Whitepaper, Trail Map, Website V2, Discord, etc.), and then we direct the major part of our time to finalizing the real Riders collection ready to be used for our upcoming P2E.
This would be all, Riders! Again, make sure to check out our Whitepaper and the Trail Map! As always, if you have questions / feedback: We’re thrilled to hear from you in the comments below or in any other way you like!
Stay tuned Gang and let’s shred this week! 🏂🔥
